커뮤니티 가이드라인

Trepo는 누구나 여행 코스를 만들고, 공유하고, 포크(fork)해 자신의 것으로 만드는 협업 커뮤니티입니다. 모두가 안전하고 즐겁게 참여할 수 있도록 아래 가이드라인을 지켜 주세요. 본 가이드라인은 이용약관의 일부로 적용됩니다.

1. 금지되는 콘텐츠와 행동

스팸·광고성 도배 — 동일·유사 콘텐츠의 반복 게시, 서비스와 무관한 광고/홍보
괴롭힘·혐오 — 특정 개인·집단에 대한 모욕, 위협, 차별적 표현
부적절한 콘텐츠 — 음란물, 폭력적·불법적 콘텐츠, 허위 정보
지식재산권 침해 — 타인의 저작물(사진·글·코스)을 허락 없이 자신의 것처럼 게시. 단, Trepo의 포크 기능을 통한 코스 리믹스는 출처가 자동 표기되며 허용됩니다
개인정보 노출 — 타인의 연락처, 주소 등 개인정보 무단 게시
서비스 악용 — 제휴 링크 부정 클릭, 자동화 도구(봇)를 이용한 활동, 시스템 취약점 악용

2. 신고

가이드라인 위반 콘텐츠나 계정을 발견하면 해당 콘텐츠(코스·게시글·댓글·쇼츠) 또는 프로필의 신고 메뉴로 알려 주세요. 신고는 관리자가 검토하며, 허위 신고가 반복되면 신고자에게도 제재가 적용될 수 있습니다.

3. 제재 단계

위반이 확인되면 아래 4단계 제재가 적용됩니다. 위반의 심각성에 따라 단계를 건너뛸 수 있습니다.

90일 이내에 경고가 3회 누적되면 자동으로 24시간 뮤트가 적용됩니다. 모든 제재는 사유와 함께 인앱 알림으로 통보됩니다.

4. 이의신청

제재가 잘못되었다고 생각하시면 이의신청할 수 있습니다. 이의신청은 제재 건당 1회 가능하며, 관리자가 검토 후 결과를 알림으로 안내합니다. 이의가 인용되면 제재는 즉시 해제됩니다.

경고·뮤트: 앱의 설정 → 내 제재 내역에서 신청
임시·영구 정지: 로그인 화면에서 정지 안내와 함께 표시되는 이의신청 버튼으로 신청

5. 콘텐츠 조치

위반 콘텐츠는 계정 제재와 별개로 숨김(블라인드) 또는 삭제될 수 있습니다. 불법 콘텐츠 등 심각한 위반은 사전 통보 없이 즉시 삭제되며, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관에 협조할 수 있습니다.

Community Guidelines

Trepo is a collaborative community where anyone can create, share, and fork travel courses. Please follow these guidelines so everyone can participate safely. These guidelines form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content & Behavior

Spam — repetitive posting of identical/similar content, unrelated ads or promotion
Harassment & hate — insults, threats, or discriminatory expressions targeting individuals or groups
Inappropriate content — sexually explicit, violent, illegal content, or misinformation
IP infringement — posting others' work (photos, text, courses) as your own without permission. Remixing courses via Trepo's fork feature is allowed — attribution is shown automatically
Privacy violations — posting others' personal information without consent
Service abuse — fraudulent affiliate clicks, bot activity, exploiting vulnerabilities

2. Reporting

If you find violating content or accounts, use the Report menu on the content (course, post, comment, short) or profile. Reports are reviewed by moderators. Repeated false reports may result in sanctions against the reporter.

3. Sanction Levels

Confirmed violations result in the following graduated sanctions. Severe violations may skip levels.

Three warnings within 90 days automatically trigger a 24-hour mute. All sanctions are notified in-app with the reason.

4. Appeals

If you believe a sanction is a mistake, you can appeal — once per sanction. A moderator will review and notify you of the result. If approved, the sanction is lifted immediately.

Temporary / Permanent ban: use the Appeal button shown with the suspension notice on the sign-in screen

5. Content Actions

Violating content may be hidden or removed independently of account sanctions. Severe violations such as illegal content are removed immediately without prior notice, and we may cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
