이용약관

본 약관은 Trepo(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 여행 코스 협업 플랫폼 및 관련 제반 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 회사와 회원 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제1조 (정의)

• 서비스: 회사가 제공하는 여행 코스의 생성·공유·포크·리믹스 및 관련 커뮤니티·수익화 기능 일체.
• 회원: 본 약관에 동의하고 계정을 생성하여 서비스를 이용하는 자.
• 코스: 회원이 생성한 장소·일정으로 구성된 여행 경로 콘텐츠.
• 포크(Fork): 공개된 타인의 코스를 복제하여 자신의 코스로 가져오는 행위.
• 리믹스(Remix): 포크한 코스를 수정·재구성하여 새로운 코스를 만드는 행위.
• 콘텐츠: 회원이 서비스에 게시·업로드한 코스, 게시물, 숏폼, 댓글, 이미지 등 일체의 자료.
• 크리에이터: 회사가 정한 기준을 충족하여 수익화 기능을 이용하는 회원.

제2조 (약관의 게시와 개정)

회사는 본 약관을 서비스 화면에 게시합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일 7일 전(회원에게 불리하거나 중대한 변경은 30일 전)부터 공지합니다. 회원이 개정 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

회사는 연중무휴 서비스 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검·장애·천재지변 등 부득이한 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다. 본 서비스는 현재 베타(beta) 단계로 제공될 수 있으며, 이 경우 기능이 사전 통지 없이 변경·제한될 수 있습니다.

제4조 (회원가입 및 계정)

• 이용자는 이메일 또는 소셜 로그인(Google/Apple/Kakao/LINE)을 통해 가입할 수 있습니다.
• 회원은 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 정보의 관리 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.
• 만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 동의 없이 가입할 수 없습니다.
• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보로 가입한 경우 회사는 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (회원의 의무)

회원은 관계 법령, 본 약관, 이용안내 및 회사가 공지한 사항을 준수해야 하며, 회사의 업무를 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

제6조 (이용자 콘텐츠의 권리 및 이용허락)

• 회원이 작성한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 해당 회원에게 귀속됩니다.
• 회원은 콘텐츠를 게시함으로써, 회사에 대해 서비스의 운영·전시·홍보 및 개선을 위하여 해당 콘텐츠를 사용·복제·수정·전송·배포할 수 있는 전 세계적·비독점적·무상의 이용권을 부여합니다.
• 회원은 자신이 게시한 콘텐츠가 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보증하며, 이에 관한 책임은 게시한 회원에게 있습니다.

제7조 (코스의 공개·포크·리믹스)

• 회원은 코스를 공개로 설정함으로써, 다른 회원이 해당 코스를 포크·리믹스하여 2차적 코스를 생성하는 것에 동의합니다.
• 회사는 포크 관계 및 원작자 표시를 제공하기 위해 노력합니다.
• 회원은 코스를 비공개로 설정하여 포크·리믹스를 제한할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (유료 서비스 및 결제)

• 회사는 PRO 구독 등 유료 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다.
• 결제는 결제대행사(Lemon Squeezy)를 통해 처리되며, 결제 시 해당 결제대행사의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
• 유료 서비스의 가격 및 내용은 서비스 화면에 게시되며, 변경 시 사전 공지합니다.

제9조 (환불 및 청약철회)

• 회원은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다.
• 다만 디지털 콘텐츠의 경우, 이용이 개시된 콘텐츠에 대해서는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 구독은 다음 결제일 이전에 해지할 수 있으며, 이미 결제된 기간에 대한 환불은 관련 법령 및 결제대행사 정책에 따릅니다.

제10조 (크리에이터 수익 및 정산)

회사는 크리에이터에게 다음의 수익 분배를 적용합니다. 비율은 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있으며 변경 시 사전 공지합니다.

• 정산은 최소 지급 금액(₩10,000) 이상 누적 시 신청할 수 있습니다.
• 정산을 위해 회원은 정확한 예금주·은행·계좌 정보를 제공해야 하며, 세법에 따른 원천징수(3.3% 등)가 적용될 수 있습니다.
• 부정한 방법으로 발생한 수익은 정산에서 제외되며 환수될 수 있습니다.

제11조 (금지 행위)

• 타인의 권리(저작권·초상권·개인정보 등)를 침해하는 콘텐츠 게시
• 허위·불법·음란·혐오·폭력적 콘텐츠 게시
• 서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하거나 자동화 수단으로 비정상적 트래픽을 유발하는 행위
• 제휴 링크의 부정 클릭, 수익 조작 등 부정 이용
• 회사의 사전 동의 없는 영리·광고·스팸 목적의 이용

제12조 (게시물의 관리 및 이용제한)

회사는 회원의 게시물이 법령 또는 본 약관에 위배되는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 게시 중단·삭제할 수 있습니다. 회원은 다른 회원의 위반 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있으며, 회사는 신고를 검토하여 필요한 조치를 합니다. 회사는 회원이 본 약관을 위반한 경우 경고·이용제한·계약해지 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

금지 콘텐츠의 세부 기준, 단계적 제재(경고·뮤트·임시 정지·영구 정지)의 내용과 절차, 이의신청 방법은 커뮤니티 가이드라인에서 정하며, 커뮤니티 가이드라인은 본 약관의 일부를 구성합니다. 본 약관에 동의함으로써 회원은 커뮤니티 가이드라인에도 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제13조 (계약 해지 및 계정 삭제)

회원은 언제든지 앱 내 설정에서 계정 삭제(이용계약 해지)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 회원 정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 30일간 보관 후 파기되며, 그 기간 내 재로그인 시 계정이 복구될 수 있습니다.

제14조 (면책조항)

• 회사는 회원이 게시한 콘텐츠 및 여행 정보의 정확성·완전성·적법성을 보증하지 않으며, 실제 여행 시 발생하는 결과에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
• 제휴 예약 파트너(Agoda, Booking.com, Klook 등)를 통한 예약·결제·환불 및 서비스 품질에 관한 책임은 해당 파트너에게 있으며, 회사는 이를 중개·소개할 뿐입니다.
• 회사는 외부 플랫폼(Instagram/YouTube 등)에서 가져온 콘텐츠의 적법성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
• 천재지변, 불가항력, 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 손해에 대하여 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제15조 (손해배상)

회원이 본 약관을 위반하여 회사 또는 제3자에게 손해를 입힌 경우, 해당 회원은 그 손해를 배상할 책임이 있습니다.

제16조 (준거법 및 재판관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 규율되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할법원에 제소합니다.

부칙 — 본 약관은 2026년 6월 26일부터 시행됩니다.

These Terms govern the relationship between Trepo ("we", "us", or "the Company") and members regarding the use of our collaborative travel-course platform and related services (the "Service").

1. Definitions

• Service: creating, sharing, forking, and remixing travel courses, plus related community and monetization features.
• Member: a person who agrees to these Terms and creates an account.
• Course: travel-itinerary content composed of places and schedules.
• Fork: copying another member's public course into your own.
• Remix: editing a forked course into a new one.
• Content: courses, posts, shorts, comments, images, and any material a member posts.
• Creator: a member who meets our criteria to use monetization features.

2. Changes to These Terms

We post these Terms within the Service and may amend them in compliance with applicable law. Changes are announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for material or unfavorable changes). If you disagree, you may terminate your account.

3. Provision and Changes to the Service

We aim to provide the Service continuously but may suspend it for maintenance, failures, or force majeure. The Service may be offered in beta, in which case features may change or be limited without prior notice.

4. Accounts

• You may sign up via email or social login (Google/Apple/Kakao/LINE).
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account.
• Children under 14 may not register without legal-guardian consent.
• We may restrict accounts created with stolen or false information.

5. Member Obligations

You must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and our notices, and must not interfere with our operations.

6. Your Content & License

• You retain copyright in the content you create.
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, and distribute it for operating, displaying, promoting, and improving the Service.
• You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights, and you are responsible for it.

7. Public Courses, Fork & Remix

• By making a course public, you agree that others may fork and remix it to create derivative courses.
• We strive to display fork relationships and original-author attribution.
• You may set a course to private to prevent forking/remixing.

8. Paid Services & Payment

• We may offer paid services such as PRO subscriptions.
• Payments are processed by our processor (Lemon Squeezy), whose terms also apply.
• Prices and details are posted in the Service and changes announced in advance.

9. Refunds & Withdrawal

• You may withdraw a purchase under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
• For digital content already accessed, withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing date; refunds for paid periods follow applicable law and the processor's policy.

10. Creator Revenue & Payouts

• Payouts may be requested once the minimum threshold (₩10,000) is reached.
• You must provide accurate bank details; statutory withholding (e.g., 3.3%) may apply.
• Revenue from fraudulent activity is excluded and may be clawed back.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting content that infringes others' rights (copyright, likeness, privacy)
• Posting false, illegal, obscene, hateful, or violent content
• Disrupting the Service or generating abnormal traffic via automation
• Fraudulent affiliate clicks or revenue manipulation
• Commercial/advertising/spam use without our prior consent

12. Content Moderation & Restrictions

We may remove content violating law or these Terms without prior notice. You may report violations; we review and act accordingly. We may warn, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations.

Detailed standards for prohibited content, the graduated sanction system (warning, mute, temporary suspension, permanent ban), and the appeal process are set out in the Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the Community Guidelines.

13. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account anytime in Settings. Upon deletion, your data is retained for 30 days per our Privacy Policy and then destroyed; logging back in within that period may restore your account.

14. Disclaimers

• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of member content or travel information, and are not liable for outcomes of actual travel.
• Bookings, payments, refunds, and service quality through affiliate partners (Agoda, Booking.com, Klook, etc.) are the partners' responsibility; we merely refer them.
• We are not responsible for the legality of content imported from external platforms (Instagram/YouTube, etc.).
• We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or the member's fault.

15. Indemnification

If you violate these Terms and cause harm to us or a third party, you are responsible for the resulting damages.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
