Trepo(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 회사는 본 방침을 통해 이용자의 개인정보가 어떤 목적과 방식으로 처리되고 있으며, 보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다.
회사는 회원가입, 서비스 이용, 결제, 정산 등의 과정에서 아래 개인정보를 수집합니다.

※ 서비스 이용 과정에서 접속 로그, 기기·브라우저 정보(User-Agent), IP 주소 등이 보안 및 부정이용 방지 목적으로 일시적으로 처리될 수 있습니다.
회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집·이용 목적이 달성된 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 명시한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 본 방침에 명시한 범위를 초과하여 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 사전에 동의하였거나 법령에 의해 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
회사는 보유기간이 경과하거나 처리목적이 달성된 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
회사는 로그인 상태 유지 및 서비스 이용 분석을 위해 쿠키 및 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있으며, 서비스 개선과 (동의 시) 마케팅을 위해 Google Analytics, Meta Pixel 등 분석 도구를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인 등 일부 기능 이용에 제약이 있을 수 있습니다.
회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하여 책임지는 개인정보보호책임자를 다음과 같이 지정합니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고·상담이 필요한 경우 아래 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다.
본 방침은 법령·서비스의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행 7일 전(중대한 변경은 30일 전)부터 서비스 내 공지를 통해 고지합니다.

Trepo ("we", "us", or "the Company") complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you.

Access logs, device/browser information (User-Agent), and IP addresses may be processed temporarily for security and abuse prevention.
We do not share your personal data beyond the scope described here, except with your prior consent or as required by law.

To provide the service, some data is transferred outside Korea — to Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, Railway, Google, and OpenAI (primarily the United States and other regions). You may object to such transfers, though this may limit certain features.
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data at any time. You can edit your profile and delete your account directly in the app under Settings, or contact our privacy officer below. Where required (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), we honor applicable data-subject rights including portability and objection.
We destroy personal data without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose is fulfilled, using irrecoverable deletion for electronic files.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and, with consent, analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for service improvement and marketing. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.
For privacy-related complaints in Korea, you may contact the Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972).
We may revise this policy. Material changes will be announced in-service at least 30 days in advance (7 days for minor changes).
Addendum — This policy is effective as of June 26, 2026.
